Issues with Avast CyberCapture

When I try to install the workshop materials I get this file removed from Avast Antvirus stating that it is not save to install. Is this expected or something weird is going on my machine?

No other message is provided, so further diagnostic is not feasible at the moment.

thank you for pointing to this issue. I uploaded to the google drive a ZIP file with the content of the installer, so you should be able to install the necessary tools and materials manually. You should be able to access the file via same link.

I also updated the PDF with the steps required for manual installation.
