Issue of STM32F207 and STM32F415 processors on 64 bits Win10 OS

When I do an USB-FS Virtual Com Port application with them I face with "COM port does not open error". However when I try it another os(64 bits win7) I have no trouble at all.

Don't know about F2 but F4 usually works. Try updating everything.

A tool like USB Tree Viewer might help analyzing USB related issues.
