Internal SRAM Protect

Hello!!!

I want to protect any specific area of the internal SRAM(about 32KB).

So I use that area for special purpose(DB Access).

How can I do it??

Please help me...

Hi kim.andy.002,

Could you precise which product you are using?

For instance, for family STM32L4x6 you can proceed to write/Read protection on SRAM2. Details are available in section 2.4 (Embedded SRAM) of
