Hi
Pre-purchased microcontrollers (stm32h743i) can increase this frequency up to 480 MHz?

Liking ones own posts deprioritizes them.
What step/version of the part?
Can't you just configure the PLL and flash wait states?

Hello,
depending on the Revision of the Chip the Maximum frequency might be only 400MHZ, as you can read in the Errata (ES0392) of the Chip under 2.2.20

Most of them run well over 500 MHz in my experience.

Hi!
If you have MCU with revision Y it is mean that maximum frequency is 400 MHz. I achived 420MHz, but it isn't stable.
So be carefull and do checking the revision register at any time you want to configure CPU clock.

The Y parts topping at +5% seems inordinately low
