I am working with stm32l031k6 which have 4 different (Gm) "Maximum critical crystal transconductance" . I need precise RTC for it so I decided to use an external oscillator (LSE). I followed steps mentioned in "Oscillator design guide for ST microcontrollers" document. Once I checked almost 30 different crystal oscillators for the first step only the gain margins of some of them are acceptible. Also just Gm with higher driving capability LSEDRV[1:0]=11 is suitable and those osillators are not suitable for 3 different LSEDRV[1:0]=00, LSEDRV[1:0]=01 and LSEDRV[1:0]=10. Can I select one of that oscillators?. the image is showed in the bellow table.

Not a specialist, however, probably the BOM of existing Nucleo or Disco/Eval board of LSI oscillator when present gives compatible parts references.
