how to use bootloader through USART to download firmware into stml031f6

Hi,

I am trying to download firmware through USART into a stml031f6 device. The executable I can find from ST right now is the "STMFlashLoader.exe" but it is not compatible with stml031f6 (cannot find the stmap file for this device). And I am trying to avoid using the GUI version from ST. Any advises?
