Question the flash memory data retention is typically 30 years at 85℃ after cycling 1000 times(refer to the STM32 product datasheet for more information),and 15 years at 105℃ after cycling 1000 times, how did they get this result?Past experience? There is no theoretical basis?

I have inquired about it,but it has not given me an answer.

I suppose they have decades of experience with Flash technology, and methods to aggressively test/stress the performance of the current offerings against that.

I'd imagine they could probably share FIT / MTTF / MTBF numbers.

If you're doing a sufficient amount of business perhaps you should be persuing this with your sales rep or FAE?
