I want to find a MCU of ST can support LCD with resolution HD or Full HD. Please suggest me some series that I can use.

The new STM32 product:

embed a new display interface (MIPI display serial interface) in addition to the TFT-LCD controller. The MIPI® DSI host controller supporting up to 720p 30Hz resolution.
