Inquiry on STM32G0 Support for Dual USB-C Ports with DRP and DP-Alt Mode

HungKai.Chien

I am currently evaluating the STM32G0 series for a project that requires two USB Type-C ports.
Each port needs to support both Dual Role Port (DRP) functionality and DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP-Alt).
Can the STM32G0 be implemented?

Hi @HungKai.Chien

Indeed, it is the same controller available on both ports. So, they have the same features.

Hi @HungKai.Chien

Indeed, STM32G0 is the only product using 2 USB type C ports.

You can refer to the MB1352 schematics of STM32G0C1 eval daughter board as a reference.

Hi Support team,

Does each UCPD port on STM32G0C1 support both DRP and DP-Alt mode independently?”
