Like several manufacturers these days, the ST Datasheet is largely just about physical parameters.  Details about the actual operation are in a separate document. In the case of the STM32, the document you require is called the Reference Manual - see:

It seems that I hadn´t explain enough well. I´ve RM0008,datasheet; insider guide, PM0056 docs, and I can´t search this data anywhere.

I´m trying to search where docs explains which pins are EXTI, what numbers and why?

I´ve done it. There are 16 EXTI lines one per port Pin. So PA.0 is EXTI line 0 and so.
