When I power my nucleo through the 5V pin, with a 5V supply, the behavior of the controller is not normal. If I power it by USB, it works well. I read the User Manual, have I misunderstood something? What could be happening?

If the ST-LINK firmware is around 25 you might want to update it

Hello @XP.1acheco ,
Have you respected the following power sequence procedure in order?
1. Check that SB1 is off
2. Connect the external power source to VIN or +5 V
3. Power on the external power supply 7 V< VIN < 12 V to VIN, or 5 V for +5 V
4. Check red LED LD2 is turned on
5. Connect the PC to USB connector CN1
Khouloud.

Yes, it works that way, but I don't want to connect the PC.
