CANFD Transceivers for NUCLEO-H563ZI and NUCLEO-H753ZI boards

Hi,

Starting a new project involving CANFD with the NUCLEO-H563ZI and NUCLEO-H753ZI boards, and am looking at how to get started quickly.

Can anyone point me to a ready made shield with appropriate high speed CAN FD transceivers?

Thanks,

Hello,

I don't think there is a shield for NUCLEO boards especially for CAN/FDCAN. You need to connect that module using wires or develop a shield to plug that module on the Nucleo board.

Hello,

An example of CANFD transceiver module: https://befr.rs-online.com/web/p/communication-wireless-development-tools/1360823

It's is using MCP2542 transceiver. datasheet: https://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/devicedoc/20005514a.pdf

Thanks for pointing that out @SofLit .  I had already found that, but there's mikro click connector on the mentioned boards.  I was hoping to find a shield I can just plug in?

"there's *no* mikro click connector on" is what I meant to say
