My Keil version is 4.14.... And why can't I use ST link from Keil ? I can access it via ST link Utility ?? Thanks

I tried to generate code for Keil from CubeMX? But why can't I open it on Keil ? My Keil version is 4.14.... And why can't I use ST link from Keil ? I can access it via ST link Utility ?? Thanks
