With SW debug, if you connect nRST out to debuger/programmer also, you can tie BOOT0 to GND.

But if you not connect nRST to debuger/programmer, you need control BOOT0 to disable the User Application to run.

So, i suggest connect nRST/SWDIO/SWCLK/GND those 4 line to debuger/programmer, like Jlink/EP868.
