Is there any chance to get the Altium Files for the 32F429IDISCOVERY Thank you.

Not unless you get very, very, very lucky.

I and a friend searched high and low and were unable to find the Altium data for the 429 MPU anywhere but the Altium vault. So I think your chance of finding the whole board are next to zero. I ended up having to create the 429 schematic from datasheets.
