1. Is STM32F446 Safety Certified ?, 

2. Is ST Micro Supports Safety certified Self-Test Libraries ?.

3. Can we get the user manual or any document to know what are the Self-Test libraries are supported?.

what are the supporting documents which we can get to produce it to TUV when we go for our product certification. Can you please share the url link or document?.
