Step 1

I have a motor

Use EVB-F302+iHM08M1 to get motor parameters through Motor profiler as follows.

Step 2

I need to use EVB-STEVAL-SPIN3202 of STSPIN32F0A,

execute Six-Step Sensorless Example code,

STEVAL-SPIN3202\Demonstration\6S_STEVAL3202_SL_VM.stmcx

I found that always Over current can't start,

UM2278 Description

Page5, JP8 1-2 for 6 STEP, JP8 2-3 for FOC), J11 closed for 6STEP, J12 Open for 6STEP

page 10, JP8 1-2 for 6 STEP, JP8 2-3 for FOC), J11 Open for 6STEP, J12 closed for 6STEP

it's not the same

I have tried it all. until the current sensor jump is removed. Let JP8 open, the motor can be turned.

Q1. What is the problem?

Q2. When using this example, the Speed ref cannot be lower than 2734rpm, how can I modify it.

Q3. The Motor I use can be 5000rpm, but the maximum speed of the example GUI is 4000rpm, how to fix it.

Q1 issue should be known

It should be that the resistance of the motor is small and the current is too large

But I tried turning off the overcurrent option, but it didn't work. Does anyone know the reason
