Start-up Failure using FOC lib

Hello 

I try to use In-Wheel motor. 300W with Hall sensor.I used workbench and finally succeeded to run Motor Profiler .And got motor parameters, PID gains.After this, applied these parameters and tried to run the motor.But because of this error, it doesn't run.  ''Start-up Failure''.I referenced some troubleshoot.  and tried several things.Like decreasing G2 gain in observer.  and increasing variance threshold in Observer+PLL.  But still didn't work. I expected higher current like 1A when  starting up. But my current metershows just 0.2A.   Current meter just show overall current not just phase current though. Now what can I try?    (Thanks Gigi for your big help)
