Hello.
Our goal is to create a medical motor control program used to cut bones.
For this purpose, I am using the EVSPIN32G4 example from MCSDK 6.2.1.
(This is a custom board that uses a Hall sensor, and the circuit is the same as the EVSPIN32G4 board.)
case1.
It was confirmed that the motor operates on the FOC algorithm,
but the torque is very weak at low speeds.
I'm trying several methods, but I can't get the results I want.
case2.
I wanted to test a different algorithm,
so I changed the algorithm from FOC to 6Step,
but the Current Sensing item is not activated in MC Workbench.
The board is the same, but I don't know why it can't be activated.
When testing in this state, the motor does not operate.
I would really appreciate any ideas or help on these issues.
Regards
