L9907 Eval board does not work

My group in university got the L9907 Eval board to drive a BLDC motor. All jumpers on that board are set with default option. We have the problem, that the L9907 does not work as expected. The outputs of GHS_1, GLS_1, GHS_2, GLS_2, GHS_3, GLS_3 are all 0V. But we connect a pwm signal to PWM_H1 and PWM_L3 and enabled both EN pins (EN1, EN2). Furthermore the boost circuit is not 10V higher then the consumption. Is there any more step to do before this chip works?

Thank you in advance

This IC has diagnostics, it might be interesting to start with this part.

We already read out the spi interface as you can see in the picture below. The purple line is SDO. As the Table36 in L9907 datasheet says, there is no detected error.

From the image, bits 15 and 14 (DIAG) are in a high logic state when the clock makes the falling edge transition.

Do you have a picture of DIAG2 (bits 15, 14 and 13: High)?
