Its regarding driving of BLDC Motor

Dear Team,

In a project for our client we are selected an ST solution for time saving and for reliability as per the previous interaction between us. But now we are in a great trouble and asking for your support on same.

  1. X NUCLEO IMH 07M1
  2. NUCLEO F302R8
  3. BLDC Motor supplied with ST BLDC Kit DONGXING WEI A2304-1700 kv

I am in need of your support now the issue is

  1. I am test the motor in motor profiler with Jumper settings
    1. In NUCLEO F302R8 Jumper JP5 is in E5V : External voltage is planned to supply using a 12 V adapter to X NUCLEO IMH 07M1 board
    2. J7 DAC/REF in X NUCLEO IMH 07M1 is kept open
    3. J7 DAC/REF in X NUCLEO IMH 07M1 is kept open
    4. J5 and J6 in X NUCLEO IMH 07M1 is at 3Sh option
    5. J9 EN VIN in X NUCLEO IMH 07M1 is kept closed
    6. JP3 in X NUCLEO IMH 07M1 is kept closed

Other setting provided with Motor Profiler

1.      DC Connected 12 V adapter 1 A

2.      Pole pair 7

3.      Max Speed 12000 rpm

4.      Max Current o.96 APK

Its working and profiler shows following results

a.      Imax 0.9 Apk

b.      Rs 0.51 ohm

c.      Ls 0.03mH

d.      VBus 11.6V

e.      Ke 0.76 Vrms/kRPM

f.       Friction 189.76 nN m s

g.      Inertia nN-m-s2

h.      Max Speed 11970 Rpm

? My first question is that I can found some warning symbol on electrical model. Is there anything wrong with my settings

? I tried with Motor Control workbench with some default examples for FOC speed control but the result was not promising. No movement is happening to motor can u help me in same?

? can u send me a ready to use code for this, I am asking this because I had already spend two weeks of time on this?

If your point is still pertinent, can you try with MCSDK 6.1.2 and let me know if that solves your problem?
