IHM16M1 and G474RE

i am trying to use the IHM16M1 with the NUCLEO-G474RE.  i have it plugged into the top of the Nucleo board via the Morphio connectors.

I can supply power (12v) to the IHM16M1, but it does not seem to be powering the G474RE.

I have tried JP5 on the Nucleo in both E5V and 5V_VIN mode.

Am I missing something?  

The IHM07M1 works when connected this way, but I cant get the IHM16M1 to work.

The NUCLEO-G474RE can be supplied with power by 5 different means that can be found on the user manual UM2505 :

When looking at the corresponding pins from the IHM16 schematics, there is apparently no connexion that can be made without adding an external wire (from CN7_18 to CN7_6 for example) :

The layout is different for the IHM07, which explains why the power supply is directly provided.
