Using Nucleo 429 , few lines of code Uart 3 is transmitting through the USB and i can see it using Putty But Uart 3 is not transmitting at the same time on CN10 on pins PB10,11 (check by scope )

The VCP is on PD8/PD9 on that board, not PB10/PB11.
