Anyone can provide the STM test mode code that can throw out random USB data to measure the USB interface's signal integrity.

This is a primarily user-driven forum, with casual ST presence. You may want to contact ST directly, through FAE or web support forum.

Also, which STM32?

For the Synopsys OTG module, there are you can have a look at OTG_HPRT.PTCTL althought there is little information how to use that exactly.

I don't think there is any dedicated test mode in the device-only USB module in the lower-end devices.

You can always observe the eye pattern on any regular USB traffic.
