Is it states somewhere how fast the bootloader starts (min/max time)?

Is the bootloader start up time defined somewhere? I'm using an STM32F429. I tested and it takes about 6ms. But is it states somewhere (min/max times)?

Might depend on if it brings up external clocks and PLL

Using USB or CAN ?

You might have to reset and retry as the system loader is sensitive to all manner of pins and is a one shot connection.
