Is current-limited power switch needed inOTG_HS "peripheral only" design ?

It 's seem to me there is an error page 2651 of RM0468, STMH730 reference manual.

the figure 782 has a Current limited power switch in the design, but if un understand corretly, is only need in OTG host or dual role device.

Am I correct ? there is no need of current limited power switch on Vbus in peripheral only ?
