Huawei 3G USB modem connect to STM32

Hello. I try connect USB modem to STM32F207. I'm used AT^U2DIAG=0 command for switch modem to CDC mode. But in debug i see interfeise with bInterfaceClass = 0xFF only on modem. What is the interface? How get CDC?
