How to resolve the error "libusb_open() failed with LIBUSB_ERROR_NOT_SUPPORTED" when connecting to openOCD from command line?

I am trying to debug my STM32 NUCLEO-F334R8 board. When I try to connect to the board via openocd from the command line . I get the following log:
