How to change DBANK for Provisioning using B-4S5I-IOT01?

I'm working with the board B-4SI-IOTI and I'm trying to program the board with the Provisioning.bin file from package X-CUBE-AWS. The first time it works but now appears this message on the terminal:

Start provisioning of STSAFE-A

Force STSAFE-A provisioning

Launching STSAFE-A pairing

Check if Pairing Host keys available

Please check User configuration, Option Byte DBANK must be DBANK=0

Pairing NOK, End of Provisioning

I do not change the files from the package and now I don't know what I have to do to solve this, and I don't find previous questions with this problem.

Use STM32CubeProgrammer :

In the STM32CubeProgrammer GUI, connect to the B-L4S5I-IOT01A board. click on "OB" icon (option bytes). open "user configuration" section. scroll to DBANK setting. set it to what is required (single bank - unchecked - 0).

I change it, but then do not appear the message in terminal that has to be printed, only appears Start provisioning of STSAFE-A but do not give feedback about it the provisioning, erase data and store certificates are OK or NOK..
