DfuSe v3.0.4 DfuFileMgr ERROR: ''Unable to create image from this file...''

Hi,

I have a .hex file from my firmware of a STM32F407VG compiled with GCC. EM::Biz and ST-Link utility are fine with this file and program it like intended.

But for reasons I want to use the internal bootloader. Now i tried to use DFU mode but im stuck with the DfuFileMgr (STSW-STM32080 v3.0.4) wich says:

''Unable to create image from this file...''.

I looked around the internet and found a discussion about that same problem. There they fixed it by using a older version of Dfuse. I looked around st.com but cant find an archive with older versions. But i found a list entry that stated (STSW-STM32080 v3.0.5) but the link lead to 3.0.4 again.

Anyone who can help me fixing this problem?

The solution fron that threat actually worked.

So much time has passed but the new/fixed version is still missing.
