Can't access NTP server with a static IP address

Hi all.

Now i am using STM32h747 for get time from NTP server

It working well with DHCP config, But when I config Static IP and can't access NTP server

can anyone help me with this. Thanks

When using DHCP, what are the IP address, netmask and default gateway that you get? And when you use static IP, what IP address, netmask and gateway are you setting?
