Bootloader for STM32F0 and STM32F3

Today I released version 1.2.4 of the open source OpenBLT bootloader. It now features support for both the STM32F0 and STM32F3 family of microcontrollers, in addition to the STM32F1, STM32F2 and STM32F4, which were already supported.

I added demo programs for the Nucleo-F091RC and Nucleo-F303K8 boards. Using the demo programs for these Nucleo boards, you can perform firmware updates via UART and CAN.
