Setting Device Protection via ST-LINK

I would like to set protections on a STM32F107 using the STVP Programming toolkit with the ST-LINK.

There are no examples of doing this in the toolkit. The GetProtectionList function for the devices lists no protections.

The GUI project edit dialogue do not have a protection section although the help says it should.
