Quectel BG96 does not start on P-L496G-CELL02

quectel bg96 does not reply to messages from stm32l496ag on kit board p-l496g-cell02 but since I bought it. I could not even start blink the led on bg96 so I assume there is something missing to me. I use usb cable to stlink com and debug from the software but never had a response from bg96 after sending at commands. What I can do about? thank you. Marcello

I advise you to look at UM2365 precisely "6 P-L496G-CELL02 troubleshooting" section and follow the recommended steps.

where can I find the demonstration software for the discovery board to see the print on teraterm during the reset sequence?

As mentioned in the UM2365, the demonstration is preloaded in the discovery board.

Also, you can use  X-CUBE-CELLULAR | Product - STMicroelectronics to enable the SIM MFF2 soldered on your BG96 Module with your P-L496G-CELL02.

I flashed many times stm32l496ag on discovery kit with my own binary app, so I assume the demonstration sw preloaded on the board is not there anymore. What can I do?
