I can download and run STM32 ST-LINK Utility on Windows 10 but my college cant do it on Windows 11 ? Is it possible?

Hmm I don't remember specially installing any runtime DLLs on win11.

Anyway on Win11 and recent win10 the 32-bit VC runtimes can be installed with winget:

winget install Microsoft.VC++2015-2019Redist-x86
winget install Microsoft.VC++2010Redist-x86

etc.

I'm really looking for this version. 4.6.0 does not work for me. Is there any way I can get version 4.5.0 ? Please help!
