Hello, To which pins of ST-LINK do I connect my MCU UARTx_TX UARTx_RX in order to operate virtual com port. Thank you,

There are many different ST-Link programmers. Please be a bit more specific.

In additional, all of them have user manuals within which you can find this information.

And look at the pinout for the 20-pin connector:

There are no pins dedicated for a VCP connection because ST-LINK/V2 doesn't include this feature.

The newer debuggers such as STLINK-V3MINI and some ST-LINK/V2-1 debuggers do have this feature.
