HelIo,
I connected the anode from a diode to the operating voltage and the cathode to a pinx. I need ground to make the diode glow. How can this be implemented?

IDR is input data..
MODER looks ok, 440 = pin 3+5 -> output. ODR = 0, outputs lo.
LEDs on ? check voltage at pins 14+16 , with and without your plug connected.

LEDs are not on. No plug no voltage. The problem is because the pins do not allow any current to pass through to ground of the pin.

Hello, thank you for your effort. I found the error. Pins PF3 and PF5 are not suitable for reasons I can't explain. I've bridged in the hardware to 2 other pins and it works.
