Please explain what you mean by that?
Details of the protocol over the serial port are in the Firmware User Guide for the board, UM2269.

Hi,
I mean, Does the board can measure a peripheral board current, right? Now, I want to make it to be a power switch for a peripheral board.
And, the "power switch" can be controlled by programming, e.g., it can power on/off regularly. Is it clear?

"Does the board can measure a peripheral board current, right? "
What do you mean by "peripheral" there?
"I want to make it to be a power switch for a peripheral board. And, the "power switch" can be controlled by programming,"
Did you not look at the document I mentioned?

Yes, it can certainly do that.
