Can anyone give me the schematic diagram for Black pill module using STM32F411CEU6?

This is an MCU not an MPU, changed tagging so it doesn't get lost.

Can't you and your design team infer how to do this from other designs and a through review of the DM and RM?

Perhaps look at NUCLEO, DISCO and EVAL boards for ideas / inspiration.

Schematics can be found under the "CAD Resources" tabs of the product pages.

Perhaps also use GOOGLE or similar resources to find close proxies of what you want to copy, say boards from SparkFun, MikroE, or AliExpress, et al.
