Where do I find top IC marking?? Should not it be in the datasheet?

Customer wants to check parts coming onto their CEM

The IC marking values are not provided in the datasheet.

If you tell me the version of the product you are using (product code as explained Product ordering information chapter of the datasheet), I can find provide you the marking value.
