I ask for advice to design M2M (microcontroller to microcontro) communication system using NFC ICs. Data rate is 19200 bit/sec, 48byte per string, distance 50-100mm in plastik media, unidirectional data transfer. What NFC ICs will be preferd for design.

Hi,

you could use something like ST25R3911B with its Active P2P mode. E.g. if you open NFCIP1 tab on two ST25R3911B-DISCO you can easily achieve 11cm.

It uses full P2P stacks (LLCP+SNEP) implemented on GUI but depending on your use case you can also use without. Possibly the X-CUBE-NFC5 could serve you then as a good starting project.
