What should be the voltage accross VBAT+ and VBAT- of M4Z32-BR00SH1 battery at the time of purchase. If it is zero at the time of purchase, can it be recharged?

Welcome, @JDHOP.1, to the community!
The voltage between both terminals should be nominally 2.8V, below 2.0V it should be considered discharged.
The battery is based on lithium carbon monofluoride chemistry and is not rechargeable.
Does it answer your question?
