The technical parameters of the components are absolutely and completely identical, only the peak body temperature has been increased from 210DEGC to 260DEGC in the devices with the designation STN3P6F6$F1.

Thanks for your explanation. However, we still have some confused. Would you check again is it possible the PBT was typo error at STM mfg label?? It is because the PBT should be 260C or 220C at the JEDEC J-STD-020 accordingly.
