VN750PSTR-E in this mosfet datasheet, VIH is mentioned as 3.25V in specifications, but in the graph VIH vs Temperature, it is below 3V. Which one is correct?

Pls refer the below images.

Welcome @DP_2920, to the community!

This may be confusing, but both are correct:

  • the value of min 3.25V in table 5 refers to the safe detection of a high at the input
  • the diagram in fig 16 contains the switching threshold as a function of temperature

So if you feed in with an H level of min 3.25V, the high-side switch switches on with ~420...570mV margin.

Hope that answers your question?

Good luck!

Can I give 3 V as my VOH to the VN750PSTR-E based on the graph?

Well, that is entirely your responsibility: ST only guarantees the values specified in the tables in the data sheet. The values in the diagram only illustrate the temperature dependence of the threshold voltage so that they can be taken into account during development.

At 3.25V from table 5, however, ST guarantees that H is recognised.
