We are looking at using the TCPP03 and TCPP01 for a system with a dual-role power port and a sink port. The MOSFET has a Vgs(min) of -2V. There isn't much information about the gate driver circuits in the TCPP01/TCPP03 datasheets. Does the integrated gate driver drive below 0V when turning the gate off?
