Spice model for STB60NF06 mosfet

Hi,

I am looking for a spice model for this mosfet (preferably one that runs stable in LTSpice).

Purpose is to do some simulations for a SMPS (detailed calculation during transients should be supported by the model).

I did not find in STB60NF06 - N-Channel 60V - 0.014Ohm - 60A - D2APK StripFET(TM) II POWER MOSFET - STMicroelectronics

(For some mosfets, it is available at this place).

Is a model for this mosfet available?

Welcome @Herwig, to the community!

The MOSFET was launched in 2004, when spice models were still rarely available. I fear that no more models will be created for such an old device.
