Marking of STH145N8F7-2AG

Hi Engineer，

Based on the data sheet, the marking of STH145N8F7-2AG should be "145N8F7 ", but the parts I purchased were with marking of "145N8F7-2".

Could you help suggest whether I purchased correct parts?

The marking 145N8F7 was the one set at the market launch of the STH145N8F7-2AG and recorded in the data sheet. Shortly afterwards, only the marking with the additional suffix -2 was used, but unfortunately, the data sheet was not corrected, for which I would like to apologise. The marking 145N8F7-2 is therefore correct and you have purchased the right device.
