ST1L05CPU33R chip marking ?

good morning!
Where can I get information about the datacode of such a chip ST1L05CPU33R?
There is no information about the marking in the technical documentation.

The marking information is indeed internal, but the date code at STMicroelectronics is typically encoded as YWW, which for the ST1L05 can be found in characters 2...4 in the first line:

  • Y is the last digit of the year of manufacture
  • WW is the calendar week

The ST1L05 came into being in 2008, making a corresponding digit for Y possible.
