The date code is as usual: three characters in the middle on the right mean YWW, i.e. last digit of the year and calendar week.

This date code should also be found on the bag label.

Does it answer your question?

Regards

/Peter

Hi Peter,

Please confirm if the full marking of the "E3" version is correct for L99DZ100GTR.

Thanks

Hi Peter,

Can you provide datasheet related to e3 version's full marking? And why is there no datasheet for e3 marking on the Internet?

Peter BENSCH
ST Employee

The e3 marking is in accordance with the standard IPC/JEDEC J-STD-609. It uses the JEDEC Pb-Free Category e3 logo because e3 stands for surface coating with tin (Sn).
