Could someone please explain how current is controlled on the L6207 via onboard PWM Current Controller? Additionally, AN1762 APPLICATION NOTE indicated a constant current could be obtained through a simple voltage divider into Vref.
For example, I want to cap the current at 1.5A / phase, what type of PWM or voltage division would I need to implement? Thank you. #l6207

Hello,
the current level is set according to the following formula: Iphase = Vref/Rsense where Vref is the reference voltage you set at the REF input and Rsense is the shunt resistor connected between the SENSE pin and ground. Regards Enrico
